SettShow promotes music through posts published on SettShow's own social media pages (currently TikTok and Instagram). You choose a package with a number of posts and tell us about your song: the network you want, the link to your song in that app, your song as an MP3 file and, if you want, the moment of the song where it should start. Our team then reviews, edits and schedules the posts.

In your customer area you can follow the status of your campaign (Pending, Active, Completed), see the published posts and check metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves and engagement). Metrics are collected automatically from the public information of each post, every 4 hours, and are provided for information only.

• You can sign up with an email and password or with your Google account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and give true, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

The price per post depends on the network (TikTok, Instagram or both) and the quantity you choose, and is shown before payment in US dollars (USD). The total you will pay is always shown before you confirm the purchase.

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. From that moment your campaign enters our team's review queue. Price changes only apply to future purchases. After payment, your invoice is available in the "Billing" section.

Payment is made through PayPal (with a PayPal account or a card, depending on the options available), in US dollars (USD), and is charged in full at the time of purchase. We do not receive or store your card details. Payments are processed under PayPal's own terms.

When you send us content for a campaign (music, audio files, links, notes or anything else), you declare and guarantee that:

• you own the necessary rights, or have permission to use them and to authorise us to publish them (including copyright, related rights, samples and the image of third parties);
• the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or the law.

You grant SettShow a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to reproduce, edit (for example, cut your song or use it in a video), publish and communicate your content to the public on SettShow's social media pages, only to carry out your campaign. You remain the owner of all rights in your content. Published posts stay on our pages indefinitely. If you want a post removed, contact us and we will consider your request.

We do not accept content that is illegal, that incites hatred or violence, that is pornographic or misleading, that infringes third-party rights, or that breaks the rules of the platforms where we publish.

You are responsible for the content you send and for third-party claims arising from a breach of these guarantees.

Before publishing we review your content. We may ask for changes or reject it, explaining the reason in your dashboard. You can then send a new version. If we cannot accept your campaign and the content cannot be adjusted, we cancel the order and refund you in full, as long as we have not accepted the campaign yet.

Posts are scheduled by our team. Dates and times are indicative unless agreed otherwise in writing, and may change for editorial reasons or reasons beyond our control (for example, platform outages). We publish your first post within 2 days after payment.

When we post your song:

• The sound is loud enough for the song to be heard properly.
• We use the correct song (the official sound, never an "original sound").
• We do not delete or hide a post once it is published.
• Every post is original content that has not been shared on any of our other profiles: we never re-post a TikTok video to Instagram, or the other way around.

Our guarantee: we guarantee more than 50,000 views on every post we publish for you. We check the views of each post 3 days after it goes live. If a post has not reached 50,000 views by then, we publish a new post to replace it, at no extra cost.

Apart from this guarantee, we do not guarantee any other result, such as followers, likes, comments, shares or sales. Reach depends on the algorithms and rules of the social networks and on audience interest.

Social networks are third-party services with their own terms. They may remove or limit content, or change how their accounts work, without notice. When a post is removed for a reason that is our responsibility, we will publish it again or compensate you for the affected part.

You can cancel the campaign and receive a full refund as long as we have not accepted your campaign and started working on it. Once we accept your campaign, the refund is locked: it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. We issue refunds on the same day we approve them, through the same payment method (PayPal). How long the money takes to reach your account depends on PayPal and your bank.

Your express agreement. Before paying you tick a box confirming that you have read these terms and that you understand that, as soon as we accept your campaign, your purchase is final and the refund is locked. By paying you ask us to start your campaign as soon as we accept it.

If you are a consumer (buying for non-professional purposes), you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. However, under the law you lose that right once the service has been fully performed, provided performance started with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you ask us to start within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been provided. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@settshow.site.

The website, the app, the SettShow name and logo, the code and the content we create belong to SettShow or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.

We do our best to provide the service with care and continuity, but we do not guarantee that the site is always available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and our total liability for a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that behave abusively, giving you notice whenever possible. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. Changes do not apply to campaigns you have already paid for. If you keep using the service after they take effect, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For disputes we cannot resolve amicably, the courts of the district of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers. As a consumer, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes and the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, and file a complaint in the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book (livroreclamacoes.pt).
