How can I talk to you?
Once you have an account, write to us in Messages inside your dashboard and we answer as soon as we can. You can also message us on Instagram.
How do you post my song?
We use the correct song (never an "original sound") at a volume where it can be heard properly, and every post is original content that has not been shared on our other profiles. We never re-post a TikTok video to Instagram or the other way around, and we do not delete or hide posts once they are published.
How does a campaign work?
You choose a package of posts, pick TikTok, Instagram or both, paste the link to your song, upload your song as an MP3 and pay with PayPal. The SettShow team reviews it, edits it and posts it on our pages. You follow the status and metrics in your dashboard.
Do you guarantee a number of views?
Yes. We guarantee more than 50,000 views on every post. If a post has not reached 50,000 views after 3 days, we make another one to replace it.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, using your PayPal account or a card. All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). You are only charged at the time of purchase and you get your payment receipt in your dashboard.
How often do I see my metrics?
Views, likes, comments and engagement are updated automatically every 4 hours while your campaign is active.
What if my song is not approved?
We explain why in your dashboard and you can send a new version. Contact us if you have questions about what we can post.
